Conor Pyne has over 10 years direct experience as an auditor. His areas of expertise are company law and corporate restructuring. He has excellent relationships with the leading banks and has considerable experience raising capital. He also provides advice in the context of judicial separations and divorce, including valuing shares in family companies and giving evidence in court.
Tomás O'Connor excels at 'thinking outside of the box' and creating structures which minimise tax payable on retirement. He has proved particularly effective in creating practical solutions and mediating between new and existing partners in business. Tomás had recent success in spearheading the BES investment for the 'Women of Ireland' project, a musical production touring the United States. Tomás negotiated with investors including the Arts Council to help get the project off the ground. He values long term relationships with clients and is committed to problem solving in the current challenging economic climate.
